Take time to re-evaluate life
What do you value most in life?
Do you make time for the things you value the most?
Over the last year, we’ve all had the opportunity to experience life differently. This has brought many challenges, but it’s also given us the chance to notice the things we’ve missed the most. We might have realised that there are some things we value and we feel we want to prioritise these areas in our life.
Caught in the day-to-day
When we’re caught in the day to day running of life, we don’t get a chance to stop and reflect. If you fancy reviewing your values, think about four key areas of your life – work/education, leisure/play, health, relationships.
How important are each of these areas to you? If one feels like it’s neglected, can you think of one small action you can take to move closer to your values in that area?
If your work-life balance is out, you might set a goal to go for a walk 3-4 times a week to help you relax and feel more active.
Goals and values
Goals are different from our values. Setting small goals is helpful to move us towards our values but sometimes we need to step back and look at the bigger picture of longer-term ways of living.
What three values jump out to you from below:-

Can you think of one change you can make to move closer to one of these values in your life?
