What to expect
We’ll try out making different shapes of your body to see how they make you feel.
You’ll also learn a couple of ways to improve your posture by building your muscular strength in your core.
Movements will be simple – walking, standing or holding a position for a few minutes. You will be able to do the movement practice sitting or standing.
If you’d like feedback on your posture you’ll need to have your camera on and for me to be able to see you from head to toe.
Spaces are limited to 20 people per webinar.
